Why did I create Wine Aging?

After building a large bar area with a wall just for wine, I had about 60 bottles of wine and wanted to know how long they should age before drinking. Started searching the Internet for a wine management program that would help me with this task. Found many that helped organize the wine, add notes and one that had a profile option for the wine. I then searched the Internet for more information about aging of wine.
